Event Setup Advice & Stewarding
The organising committee for this one off revival in May 2025 asked for assistance in the immediate lead up to the event and the recruitment and management of a full team of 45 event stewards complete with radios, hi-vis, foam hands and control point!
The team worked closely with the hill marshals to successfully park 1400 display and spectator vehicles in just a couple of hours to ensure the hill was clear for the hill climbers run, arrival and parking in the main arena.
The Big Meet - Event Design, Plan and Execute
A super sized vehicle meet borne out of the Hellfire Motor Vehicle Clubs Wednesday morning Coffee & Conrods. The first year in 2024 saw just a three month lead time with 230 vehicle bookings growing 450 in 2025 with the addition of charity and trades stands.
This event founded and run with the support of the teams at Classics on the Crick and Chiltern Hills Rally.
The Spring Tour
The design, planning and delivery of the annual Men with Machines tulip navigational rally in 2024 (and an Autumn tour) and 2025.
Mapping the 100 mile route to deliver an unforgettable driving and sight seeing experience in the Chiltern Hills and Cotswolds. Organising the production and printing of tulip style road books, 'rally' plates and event stickers.
Bootstrap an Industry Association
The Association of Motor Vehicle Event Organisers (AMVEO) has been formed by a group of club, venue and event organisers concerned about the direction of travel for our shared interests.
With ever more legislation and issues such as bad behaviour at car meets, ULEZ, climate change, fuel types and insurance all conspiring to put enthusiast motoring at risk.

Tulip Navigational Rally
The design, planning and delivery of the 2023 'The Distinguished Gentleman's Drive tulip navigational rally for the Buckinghamshire area.
Mapping the route (those cartography skills come in handy) to deliver an unforgettable driving and sight seeing experience. Organising the production and printing of tulip style road books or sat nav routes 'rally' plates and event stickers.
The event raised £4000 for Mens Health via the Movember Charity.
Kop Hill Climb
Contacting clubs and vehicle owners, managing and running programmes to drive bookings to the static display and hill climb. Planning, setting up and running hill climb driver sign on and display parking management.
Bespoke designed event management and booking system with extensive vehicle, financial and print report management, offline mobile entrant listings for gate stewards and marshals.
